Job Overview:
To assist the Hospitality Manager and Assistant Hospitality Manager in all aspects of the Stables Management. Ensure that all operational aspects of the Stables are consistently delivered to the company’s standard and to ensure that members and visitors expectations are met and exceeded. To ensure daily/weekly sales targets are met through providing efficient service and up selling and to develop future revenue streams. To provide direction and management for the Stables team on a day-to-day basis and take responsibility for the smooth operation of the department.

You will have control over day-to-day running of the food and beverage service, under the Hospitality Manager and Assistant Hospitality Manager, and manage hospitality operations to ensure quality service and standards whilst delivering a guest experience that is extremely high. You will ensure compliance with all government and local regulations concerning health and safety, food safety and trading standards. At Royal Norwich we are looking for Supervisors who are enthusiastic, committed, confident and forward thinking with an ability to communicate clearly and who also knows what it takes to exceed Guest Expectations and to be an ambassador for Royal Norwich.

Supervisors will always represent and promote the company in a positive way and will be able to build trust with customers and suppliers. They will build positive relationships with clients and other businesses. Supervisors will have control over the Front of House Team’s training, and discipline.

**Responsibilities**:

- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support
- Comply with Health and Safety Legislation
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the establishment
- Assist the events team with the operational delivery of functions and conferences
- Sell proactively to upsell products
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Ensure Orders and Delivery's are dealt with on time

**Skills**:

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of hospitality operations, including front-of-house procedures
- Experience in supervising staff members in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary expertise with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
- Familiarity with bartending techniques is a plus

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
