**Job Purpose**:
Our Off-Plan Sales Administrator responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Our Sales Progressor will answer client queries as well as progress our sales from reservation to the exchanging of contracts.
**What you will do**:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Achieve your KPI targets
- Liaise with the Operations Manager to understand targets
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customers under going progression
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits in the time set
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate with developers and convayancies to get the exchanges over the line within the set time
