Join Insights as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Tester to support, enhance, and expand our Dynamics 365 base, focusing on both Finance and Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain test scripts for F&O and CE modules.
- Utilize the Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT) for F&O.
- Execute manual and automated test scripts, analyse outcomes, and report results.
- Identify, track, and resolve defects, verifying fixes.
- Conduct ad hoc testing to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create test scenarios.
- Manage workload across multiple squads efficiently.
- Stay updated on Dynamics 365 updates for aligned testing practices.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in Dynamics 365 testing for F&O and CE.
- Understanding of F&O modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, etc.
- Experience with RSAT, Azure DevOps, and agile environments.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and learn new technologies.
