Your commitment to excellence will shine as you maintain high standards of all food and beverage service areas across the park. Our team elevate the guest experience with every interaction, making each visit memorable and enjoyable.

**Key duties will include**:

- Taking orders and serving food across our food counters and kiosks.
- Advising our guests on produce queries.
- Operating our tills as you process guests payments.
- Clear and clean tables and service areas.
- Keeping our displays/fridges stocked.

**About you**
- Demonstrable customer service experience is desirable, although not essential.
- An abundance of enthusiasm and energy, and a passion for delivering a great customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident, professional and friendly nature.
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Be honest, reliable and committed, and enjoy responsibility and exceeding expectations.

**Your contract**

You will be employed on a fixed term contract, which is available until January 2026 or for a shorter period. Working hours vary over a 7 day rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays as required. Earliest start time from 9am to 8pm (latest finish in spring is 7pm), varying in accordance with opening times.

**Location**: On Site - Longleat (Warminster, Wiltshire, BA12 7NW)
