We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our clients in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

**Duties**:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with mobility and transfer assistance
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning
- Administer medication, if required
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
