This is a full-time position mainly working Monday - Friday with compulsory weekend work required predominately in the summer vacation on a rota system with colleagues

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Cleaning Supervisor within Service Delivery.

Service Delivery are responsible for all cleaning services across the estate including providing a hotel type service to designated accommodation for conference business in summer and a service to student accommodation in term time. The Cleaning Supervisor will lead a team of cleaning staff to ensure a set area is kept to university standard and service levels are met.

You will possess excellent customer service and organizational skills. Committed to implementing high standards of service you will have a flexible approach to work with the ability to manage and plan work requests with competing deadlines.
