**Job description**
Working for a small local group of hotels we are now looking for receptionist to work within the group.
Due to business demands we are looking to strengthen our existing team.
Our Receptionists play an integral part of a business, so you will be well presented with a strong customer focus. Computer literate, you will need to be of a cheerful and polite disposition. You will be an excellent team player with the ability to work under pressure.
Hours of work: 2/3 days out of 7 to include some weekends (shift rota)
Shift rota: 15:00 to 23:30 (which includes 1/2-hour unpaid meal break)
Main duties:
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Answering telephone, Transfer calls as necessary & relay messages to recipients.
- Helping guests with queries
- Handling payments
- Taking guest reservations
- Monitor online bookings
- Ensure that the reception areas are presentable at all times.
Full training will be provided as will a uniform once you have completed your trial period.
A company-based pension scheme is also be available to after you successfully complete a probationary period of 3 months.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
