We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced **Senior Practitioner** to lead our **Tweenie Room** (children aged 2-3 years). This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional to step into a leadership role within a supportive and forward-thinking setting.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the day-to-day running of the Tweenie Room, ensuring high standards of care and education
- Plan, deliver and assess age-appropriate activities in line with Realising the Ambition
- Support children’s individual needs, fostering their physical, emotional, and social development
- Guide, mentor and supervise room staff, including apprentices and support workers
- Ensure a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment for children and their families
- Build strong relationships with parents/carers and provide regular feedback on their child’s progress
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding procedures and policies

**Requirements**:

- Level 3 or above qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g. SVQ Level 3 or above, HNC, PDA)
- Preferred but not essential, prior experience of being in a senior role
- Proven experience working with children aged 2-3 years
- Strong knowledge of Realising the Ambition curriculum
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A nurturing, creative, and proactive approach
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
