**Commercial Surveyor - Doncaster Area**

**Duties**
- To undertake valuations of properties within a wide range of portfolios on a regular basis
- To undertake a variety of Loan Security, Institutional and Corporate Valuations
- To prepare ad-hoc advice in a limited time frame
- Prepare and take responsibility of completing valuation tasks for discussion with senior colleagues
- In conjunction with other team members, to develop the department’s existing and prospective client relationships
- Attend presentations and events when required
- Experience of using panels of lenders

**You**
- Minimum of 3 years PQE
- Will look at AssocRICS, MRICS and FRICS qualifications
- Highly numerate and proficient in MS Office packages and databases
- Good report writing skills and attention to detail essential
- A good understanding of the various markets across South Yorkshire
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Must possess excellent organisation and time management skills
- Must be able to work to deadlines
- Essential to work effectively as part of a team
