**Responsibilities**
- Invoicing for services and chasing any outstanding payments.
- Perform general bookkeeping and administrative duties.
- Reconciling invoices with bank statements.
- Ensure financial records are kept up to date and accurate.
- Dealing with our clients to the highest level of customer service.
- Managing client enquiries and liaising with other members of staff.
- Management of employee timesheets.
- Tracking employee holidays and absence.
- Liaising with clients and account co-ordination.
- Processing monthly payroll, expenses and pensions.
- Processing UK VAT returns.

**Requirements**:

- Administration experience or qualification.
- SAGE Account Software knowledge/experience.
- Excellent telephone, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competent PC user - MS Outlook, Office, Database Management
- Outstanding customer service skills/Customer service experience.
- Completing tasks to deadlines.
- Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented and can demonstrate the ability to organise work.
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment.
