**What is the job?**

Join our team and make it happen We’re recruiting for LGV Class 1 Tramper drivers based at our Tilbury location.

Collecting and delivering processed and unprocessed waste wood, you’ll be pivotal in continuing Esken Renewables success as the UK’s number one supplier of biomass fuel We have long-term contracts in place to supply nearly 2 million tonnes of fuel to Energy Recovery Facilities, generating renewable energy equivalent to the annual domestic electricity needs of 2% of the UK population.

**Working Schedule: Monday to Friday**

**How we do things**:

- We have outstanding legal compliance.
- We treat all our people with dignity and respect.
- We recognise that vocational licences belong to our drivers, not the company.
- We listen to our drivers and never ask that they undertake any duty which they deem to be unsafe.
- We provide full training including our own in-house DCPC.
- We provide regular two-way briefing sessions with our drivers on matters of safety and legislation - we really do welcome your input
- We’re always on hand to help and support you.

**What we need from you**:

- LGV C+E (Class 1) licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points
- Have good geographical knowledge of the UK road network
- Good understanding of EU Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive legislation
- Hold valid DQC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Live within 1 hour of the depot

**Don’t worry if you’ve no experience of bulk work. Our driver trainers will ensure you’re comfortable with our equipment before you start**
