We are seeking a dedicated and personable **Customer Service Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and ensuring their questions, concerns, and needs are addressed promptly and professionally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Provide product or service information to customers and guide them in resolving any challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer concerns and improve overall service.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and comprehensive assistance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience in a customer service role or related field is not required.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
