RSR Public Safety are currently recruiting for a permanent Due Diligence Administration Assistant for a client based in Twickenham, West London.

**Job Summary**:
Responsible for providing administrative support functions to enhance the operational needs of the Due Diligence team. This is a rapidly growing part of FACT’s business, servicing high value clients with high volumes of work needing to be delivered to tight deadlines.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Review and approval of employee timesheets, keeping FACT’s time management software accurate and up to date with the necessary information
- Review, approval and data entry of costs incurred from in-country providers, inhouse verifications, and other third parties
- Process, organise and approve the monthly client invoice figures
- Regular liaison with the internal finance team, external providers and clients
- Help maintain the management of files - in particular by organising and importing data into FACT’s case management system.
- Consolidate and analyse the records of the time and file management systems
- Ad hoc support and assistance in other administrative duties within the due diligence and compliance field

**Person Specification**
- Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention-to-detail, with a methodical approach when dealing with various information sources.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative.
- IT literate with a high level of confidence using Microsoft Office products.
- Highly organised
- Good level of spoken and written English
