**Job Title - Senior Surveyor or Associate Director, Healthcare**

**Location - Cover the Hertfordshire Region**

**Office - London or St Albans office - requirement to come to office once a month or as often as you like**

**The Role**:
To work closely with the senior leadership to develop, grow and advance the company’s healthcare presence in a specified regional area(s), whilst meeting and exceeding current client requirements. This is to be achieved through first class execution of client instructions, meeting predetermined financial targets and contributing positively to business development and the wider healthcare division. In delivering this, the individual will be actively contributing to the company’s primary objective which is to be _“a successful national property consultancy offering a full range of professional property solutions from a network of offices across the UK.”_
- Undertake a significant fee earning role, achieving a fee target which is reviewed annually.
- Promote our Company Values, leading by example, and to act as an ambassador for AR both internally and externally, and generating new business for the healthcare team and wider company.
- Liaise with GP clients to provide a variety of services
- Liaise with portfolio clients and undertake an active role in relationship management and progressing rent reviews and Landlord and Tenant work as required. Our portfolio clients are major health investors and form a significant proportion of the work we undertake.

**Key Accountabilities**:
A primarily fee earning role which may also be combined with strategic decision input and managing more junior team members to contribute to developing an innovative, market leading team and deliver strong financial outcomes.

1. Meet and exceed personal financial targets set and establish a consistent and high fee earning role, with responsibility for maintaining and building a pipeline in accordance with target

2. Manage client relationships including portfolio clients

3. Play a prominent role in the team and, where required, support junior team members in both their professional development and meeting their financial targets

4. Ability to follow processes and instructions accurately and organise time efficiently to facilitate the delivery of the role

5. Secure, maintain and develop strong local client relationships seeking new profitable opportunities with existing or new clients and provide a key contact point for them

6. Perform and execute valuations efficiently to consistent, exacting, high, standards within deadlines

7. Provide excellent quality advice and maintain high professional standards at all times and respond to correspondence and tasks in a clear and timely manner

8. Contribute new ideas and innovation in relation to business development and growth.

9. Able to work as part of a team with a view to team/income growth and be an engaged and effective team player, taking an active part in the healthcare team and the broader AR team

10. Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in own skills and the processes of the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
