**Team Leader - Croydon**

Do you have experience within a **contact centre environment**? Are you looking for the opportunity to take your next step on the career ladder with us?

We’re looking for a talented Team Leader to join us in our Croydon office. You will use your knowledge and experience of the **Insurance Industry** to have direct responsibility for a team of Customer Service Advisors. You will effectively manage our team to deliver excellent customer service and support them by conducting regular 1-2-1’s, coaching and development.

**Want to know more? What will the Team Leader role entail?**
- Lead, motivate and support a team in delivery of required business KPI’s.
- Support the department in meeting all quality and regulatory standards.
- Proactively coaching and developing individuals to increase overall capability through using specialist knowledge and experience.
- Ensure that any customer complaints are identified and handled in accordance with agreed process and that root cause is proactively identified and addressed.
- Build positive relationships and contribute to a collaborative working environment.

**What are we looking for in a Team Leader?**
- Experience of meeting financial, operational, service and quality KPI’s.
- Experience of working within a regulated financial services environment.
- Experience working withing a contact centre environment.
- An individual who can lead by example and is a role model to others.
- Insurance experience would be advantageous.
