NHS Mental Health and Wellness Team in Romford are looking for an administrator to join their team to help support on the following:

- Provide administrative support to the MH&WT
- Book appointments and provide administrative support to clinicians.
- Minute team meetings on a rotational basis.
- Use Rio to update progress notes.
- Provide cover to reception as required.
- Respond to incoming calls as required.
- Assist the medical secretaries with document management
- Use the patient records system (Rio) to enter client related information and care events.
- Retrieve and record patient information in line with service requirements.
- Print out monthly team reports on service activity.
- Participate in audits and surveys as necessary. Provide support in the development of audit reports
- Updating and maintaining database systems***:

- Basic awareness of IT and IT skills
- Maintaining efficient administrative systems
- Maintain confidentiality/data protection
- Able to use own initiative and work without supervision
