**Swansea School Transport Driver**

We are looking for drivers based in Swansea, please specify your location within Swansea when applying.

The role for includes:

- Picking up passenger assistants then going on to pick up children to take to school/college.
- Assisting children and young adults in and out of the vehicle where needed.
- Interacting with passengers, passenger assistants, school staff, parents and office staff.
- Adhering to PPE and sanitation requirements due to the COVID pandemic.
You will be required to have good communication skills and an appropriate attitude.

You will be transporting children and young adults with special needs.

Reliability and continuity is a must when working with special needs children.

Working hours are 25-30 hours per week during school term time and are based around school start and finish times, they vary according to each schools particular times.

**Salary**: £237.50-£285.00 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
Remote interview process.
Personal protective equipment provided or required.
Cleaning and disinfection procedures in place.
The vehicles that we use for school transport are 7/8 seats with a partition between the front and the rear.

**Experience**:

- Driving: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

- Swansea Hackney/Private Hire driver license (required)
