Enra Specialist Finance comprises three separate but complementary trading divisions: Enterprise Finance, Vantage Finance and West One Loans. Enra is one of the largest non-bank lenders in the UK, specialising in providing funding solutions to property investors,developers, and homeowners.

ENRA is a highly profitable specialist property finance group which has achieved consistent growth, driven by a strong management, a diversified product base, and clear focus on maintaining a strong balance sheet.

The finance team of 15 is currently organized on a product basis with dedicated teams responsible for short term, medium term, broking and group functions.

A new opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join the growing Group Finance team within the Finance Department, reporting to the Group Management Accountant in that team. They will be responsible for the accounting and reporting for the Brokingbusinesses, a core product line for the Group, as well as supporting the team on Group management and financial reporting.

Key Accountabilities
- Accounting for Broking and Group entities including month end close and reconciliation processes.
- Working with the accounts assistant to ensure broker payments are made in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate and sound management reporting/cost analysis to assist with key decision making.
- Assist with reconciling intercompany balances and calculating monthly recharges.
- Assist with the production of monthly management information packs and reports for business heads and directors.
- Assist with biannual FCA reporting.
- Assist with the annual statutory audit and corporation tax returns.
- Contribute to annual budgeting and planning process.
- Review current processes and practices, analysing efficiencies, and always looking for improvements and opportunities.
- Other ad hoc duties.

Skills & Competencies

- High quality written and verbal communication.
- Good PC/keyboard skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (to include Word, Excel and Outlook).

Knowledge & Qualifications
- Working towards ACCA/CIMA qualification or similar.
- Knowledge of NetSuite or equivalent ERP/accounting system favourable.
