**Job Title: Flooring Specialist**

**Pay Rate**: £180 per day
**Working Hours**: 8-9 hours per day
**Start Date**: Tomorrow

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Specialist for an immediate start on a commercial project in central London. The work area covers approximately 62 m², including a set of stairs that also requires new flooring. All materials are ready on-site, and the floor has been prepared for installation, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup. Skirting boards will be installed following the completion of the flooring.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installing new flooring over a prepared 62 m² area
- Fitting flooring on stairs
- Ensuring high-quality finishes for all floor surfaces

**Requirements**:

- Valid CSCS Card
- Own tools
- Proven experience in flooring installation

This is a great opportunity for a flooring professional looking for immediate work with a straightforward, prepared project setup.

Pay: £180.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Tile Setting: 1 year (required)
- Construction: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- CSCS (required)
