**Project Manager | Bournemouth | £50,000**

**Role purpose**

As the **Project Manager ,**you'll have full responsibility for the coordination and management of the customer order fulfilment, from the point it is handed over by sales team through to the closure of the program. Throughleading a **project team** you will be solely responsible for adherence to contractual obligations in line with **delivery, cost and quality.**

**As Project Manager you'll**:

- Be instrumental in developing the **project plan**:

- Define the **project scope, goals and deliverables** that will support the overall project
- Lead on customer and internal meetings
- Be responsible for the **program budget** and liaise with the finance team on any necessary budgetary changes
- Hold regular reviews of **risk register** in line with risk and mitigation strategies
- Delegate tasks and priorities within the **project team** ensuring key accountability
- Liaise with key contacts at **OEM** level on providing program progress regularly to always ensure complete transparency of the program

**As **Project Manager** you'll have**:

- Experience within a **project management** role in a manufacturing / engineering environment
- Excellent **communication** skills, both written and verbal
- **Profit and loss** management experience
- **Negotiation skills** and the natural ability to **influence**customer decisions
- A **results driven** approach with a strong track record of meeting **deadlines**:

- The ability to work within a **fast-paced environment** with exceptional organisation skills
- **Self-motivational skills** with the ability to work under minimum supervision
