Are you methodical and organised in your approach?

Our client, an extremely successful company based in Binley, are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their team of 9.

**The key responsibilities**:

- To be the first point of customer contact within, providing the highest possible level of customer service
- Work closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure that orders are dealt with in accordance to the current customer service priorities and guidelines
- Proactively resolve customer issues/complaints or changes in the requested order, keeping them fully informed in a professional and honest manner enabling them to accommodate any revised service levels
- Take all customer orders accurately and process them into the necessary IT system in a timely manner ensuring that the customer service requirements are agreed and met
- Customer service experience - this could be in retail or hospitality as well as an office
- Great level of IT and ability to pick up systems with ease
- Great telephone skills and communication style
- Energetic and ambitious
- Great team player with attention to detail
