FULL TIME BAR STAFF
£8.50-£10.40 PER HOUR
Lisini Pub Co is a highly regarded, established family run business with over 50 years’ experience of absolute excellence in hospitality.
What Your Role will involve:
- Serve customers in a timely and courteous manner, showing good manners in all situations and personalising interactions by remembering details when possible.
- Always make yourself available to customers - nothing is too much trouble.
- Acknowledge customers entering the bar/lounge with a warm welcoming approach.
- Ensure tables are kept clear of glassware and crockery cleaned during the course of a shift and fridges/bar supplies are properly stocked at the start, during and at the end of a shift.
- Carry out all requests as business need dictates, by a member of the management team.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- As the ideal Bar Staff you must have:
- A flexible attitude and keen desire to learn.
- Great time keeping and reliability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
