4 shifts over 6, Monday-Saturday

Malton, North Yorkshire

We are looking for people that take pride in the product they are producing. If you have no previous manufacturing experience then it's not a problem, we can show you the ropes (we all start somewhere).

**Key responsibilities**

To operate the production processes in accordance with the standard operating procedures and Shift Manager instructions.
- Produce daily requirements of Tofu or Tofoo as we call it
- Ensure that you monitor the upkeep of the machinery and ensure that it operates to its fullest potential & flag to Production Shift Manager any issues
- To monitor the quality of the raw material and finished product online-Quality Assurance
- Accurately complete all relevant documentation
- Clean as you go and then ensure areas are clear/clean at the end of shift
- Support other departments when required

**Key performance indicators**
- Production performance, kilos produced
- Low waste
- Quality Tofoo (product consistency, it’s a handmade product)
- Delivering the daily production plan
- Excellent time keeping and attendance

**Skills Required**:

- Speed and accuracy
- Care and attention to detail
- Passion, enthusiasm and respect
