Location: The Park Centre _*Minimum of 35/40 hours per week_

Mercury Security and Facilities Management currently have a vacancy for a suitably experienced **Security Officer** to join their established team within The Park Centre.

**It is essential that you hold a current SIA License - CCTV License is preferable.**
- Proven experience in a similar role is desirable with a focus on customer service.
- Have outstanding organisational skills remain calm and rational under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, having the ability to communicate at all levels with staff, public, tenants and Centre Management.
- Have a working knowledge of a control room environment.
- Become fully competent with all procedures and protocols, to ensure a safe environment for customers, tenants and staff of The Park Centre.
- Provide detailed written reports on all aspects of the operation from Incident reports, Accident reports, Defect reports, etc.
- Be reliable and flexible in your approach to the role have the ability to integrate into an established team.
- Connect with colleagues and management to encourage delivery of superior customer service ensuring repeat visitation of customers.
- To carry out all tasks as directed by the security Supervisor and centre management.
- To be aware of all Health and Safety requirements of the Centre, react to all emergency situations.
*Shift pattern (5 over 7)
