**Provide vital administrative support to our schools across Hampshire**

Are you an enthusiastic and committed individual with great organisational and communication skills and experience in meeting administration and minute taking? If so, and you're looking for a job with flexible, part time hours, then this could be an excellent role for you

This is a rewarding and challenging role that will give you the opportunity to **support governors and trustees** across a range of schools to deliver the best outcomes for their pupils. You will administer and minute board and committee meetings, which are mainly held in the evening, and advise on governance legislation and policy following appropriate training.

We offer a **comprehensive training programme**, mentoring for your first few months in post and on-going support from the Clerking Team.

The contract will be for approximately 136 hours per annum but once you are established in the role, there will be opportunities to greatly increase your working hours to make this a significant part-time post.

**Location**:
We currently have multiple posts available across all areas of Hampshire. We’re especially keen to hear from applicants in the Hart & Rushmoor, Winchester, East Hants and Fareham & Gosport areas.
