**Basic Information**

**Contracted Term**:
2 years

**Salary**

£20,000/annum for the first 6 months,

£21,000 after successful completion of probation period.

Subject to successful completion of the exam programme you will be raised to £23,000 in the second year.

**Scheme Start Date**

At the start of each quarter depending on business needs.

If you are still studying and are lining up a position for after graduation, we can offer the next available intake. _(These tend to be at the start of January, April, July, October)_

**Job Role**
- You will complete a 6 month rotation in each of these four areas over a two year period
- You will gain rounded experience across all areas of financial services over a 24 month period.
- At the end of your final placement we may offer you a full time role with the company depending on your output over the previous two years and the business needs.

Qualification **:Level 4 Diploma** in Regulated Financial Planning

Contract length: 24 months
