We are recruiting for a Stores Person to be able to accept delivery of plant and materials and check fitness for purpose prior to issue. This full time, permanent position is based at our office in Thatcham.

We are looking for someone with Forklift Operator experience and good communication skills. While it is not essential that you have had previous experience within this sector before, you must be familiar with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel & Outlook). Training on our systems and the company will be provided.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Always work safely wearing relevant PPE that is supplied.
- Maintain a Safe Working Environment
- Accept delivery of plant and materials and check fitness for purpose prior to issue
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and accurately recorded.
- Co-ordinate the delivery of plant & materials through support drivers
- Ensure vehicles, plant and equipment remain in good condition, and report any defects.
- Attend “toolbox talks” and other training courses as required.
- Manage cable stocks, Drum returns to appropriate service provider
