We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Satisfaction Coordinator to join our Customer Services Department on a part-time basis, working 24 hours per week. The team are located within our Head Offices at Haydock however following a successful induction period we do offer flexibility to be either office based or rotate between office and home.
The Customer Services Team support 3 key areas of the Speedy business
- Customer Experience - Monitoring and following up on customer feedback provided via multiple methods and ensuring the business identify root cause and implement improvements
All on the job training is provided for all the above systems and processes.
What you will need:
- Excellent telephone manner and where possible able to display via your CV experience of working either F2F of via telephone within the Customer Service sector
- Excellent organisational skills
- Accurate administrative skills
- Feel comfortable liaising between, customers, the operational network and suppliers
- Adaptive and able to work under pressure
- To be a team player
- Drive to work within a team with a fantastic culture to always seek to make improvements to processes
