We looking for an ambitious Commercial SME Underwriter within either new business or existing business to join our dynamic team. As an SME Underwriter, you'll deliver on trading team targets through profitable underwriting of commercial risks within agreedauthority levels whilst developing key broker panel relationships in line with business objectives.
The classes of business covered are Commercial combined, Contractors Combined, Real Estate, Property, Liability, Tradesman
Key responsibilities:

- Building and managing strong relationships with the broker panel
- Attending broker visits (either virtual or face to face)
- Individually work towards GWP targets to make sure brokers are on target
- Underwriting mainly new and existing business but also handling renewals or loading premiums
- Working towards GWP targets ensuring that the book always remains profitable
