Baker

Enthusiastic person required to work in local bakery.

You will be
- Weighing ingredients
- Making rolls from scratch.
- Monitoring the proving process and making adjustments where necessary.
- Cooking and cooling the rolls in rotation.
- Packing all products according to requirements.
- Keeping the bakery clean and tidy.

Previous experience working in a Wholesale bakery environment would be preferred, must be physically able as this role requires some lifting.

This is a role within a small factory, there is no customer service or interaction with the public required.

Must be willing to work weekends, Starting time is 12 noon working until finish at around 7pm. You will recieve a 20 minute paid break.
