**Byron Wood Primary Academy **has an exciting opportunity for a **Higher Level Teaching Assistant **to join our motivated, supportive team. We are looking for somebody with commitment, energy and expertise to work closely with staff to ensure that the children achieve their very best. 
- A drive to make a real difference to children's lives 
- Recent, relevant and successful experience in a primary school setting 
- A HLTA qualification or equivalent 
- An interest in fostering an inclusive ethos in your work  
- A wish to work in an energetic and passionate team.  

   

**In this role you will**: 
- Lead the learning for classes or groups of children following teacher’s planning and resourcing 
- Ensure pupil’s needs are catered for in lessons 
- Provide detailed verbal and written feedback on lesson content, pupil responses to learning activities and pupil behaviour, to teachers and pupils 
- Promote and support the inclusion of all pupils, including those with specific needs.
