We are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor with previous contract administration experience on UK building projects, to work on a permanent employed basis.

Based remotely but living with reach of a Milton Keynes office a couple of times per week to liaise with colleagues for meetings, this Senior Building Surveyor role is a busy and varied position focused primarily on residential and commercial buildings and will entail contract administration work, requiring strong CDM regulations skills and a proficiency for working on Insurance related projects.

Chartered status (MRICS or MCIOB) is advantageous and desirable, however a non-Chartered Senior Building Surveyor with previous UK based experience would be considered. Previous UK based experience as a Building Surveyor is an essential requirement as is a strong demonstrable understanding of up to date CDM regulations and a proficiency for contract administration.

You should have experience and working knowledge of engineering, surveying and the architectural and planning practices and procedures for UK buildings, as well as strong skills and demonstrable experience in contract administration.

This is a full-time permanent employed position, and you will require your own vehicle and driving licence to attend site visits.
