We are looking for a **Customer Sales Advisor** to work within our Sales Centre based in Andover, Hampshire.
**The role offers hybrid working where you will have the flexibility to work from home and in the office.**

We are offering a great opportunity to work amongst a well established team, learning about the Stannah products, responding to customer enquiries and supporting the Field Sales team with diary management and route planning.

As a Customer Sales Advisor at Stannah you will be a confident communicator, with the ability to demonstrate a friendly, professional telephone manner. Being able to empathise with our customers will be key to the role, therefore some previous experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage.

The role is on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Convert enquiries to appointments for the Field Sales team
- Take ownership of customer issues
- Route planning and diary management for Field Sales team

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Basic Level of Education
