KM4HR are looking for an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join their client in Milton Keynes. This is a newly created role that will help develop, configure and maintain best in class HR systems whilst delivering real business change and modernising theirapproach to HR.The HR Systems Analyst will ensure there is a focus on streamlining processes through functionality in the HR System whilst providing excellence in HR reporting for stakeholders and people analytics; in line with HR strategy, corporate governanceand business management requirements.

**Key responsibilities of the HR Systems Analyst**:

- Work closely with the Head of HR Systems to develop and constantly improve our HR systems across the whole of the business whilst keeping to GDPR guidelines
- Be a Global Systems Administrator for TalentLink ATS
- Work closely with key business stakeholders
- Provide regular and insightful MI and reporting
- Project manage HR systems and change programmes
- Lead testing for new functionality and system updates
- A key element of this role is to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, explaining complex concepts in easy, understandable terms
- Provide support to users of the HR Systems, including HR colleagues, employees and managers

**Experience required to be successful as an HR Systems Analyst**:

- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Excellent project management skills and experience
- Strong analytical thinker, with an ability to think on their feet to problem solve
- Exceptional time management with the ability manage priorities and conflicting deadlines
- Experience of either Zellis Resourcelink or TalentLink is essential

**What's in it for you?**
