Yarnton Home & Garden is a vibrant home and garden store located just north of Oxford. The business has undergone expansion over the last few years, and they are on the lookout for positive and energetic people to take the business confidently into the future.

**About the role**

The Christmas Helper role is to create an unforgettable Christmas experience for everybody who visits Yarnton Home and Garden. The Christmas Helpers will be responsible for organising guests throughout their journey, resulting in seeing Father Christmas. Christmas Helpers will be delivering the magic of Christmas, entertaining the children and adults in the queues waiting to see Father Christmas, and maintaining the organisation of the whole Christmas experience from start to finish.

**Main Responsibilities will include**:

- Becoming proficient in using the ticketing and photography systems.
- Maintaining a clean and presentable stage area and grotto for our customers
- Creating a fun and enjoyable experience for all our visitors
- Managing the queues, booking in, and selling tickets
- Giving our customers a fantastic and consistent level of customer service.
- Promoting our photography gifts.
- Replenish stock/merchandise as and when required

We are looking for:

- Strong communicators who are confident to liaise across departments.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Fun, engaging personalities that can deliver a first-class level of customer service.
- Comfortable working under pressure and multi-tasking.
- A good work ethic.
- Will involve working alternate weekends.

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
