**Location**: Lincoln - 3 Days from the office and 2 days work from home

**Contract length**: 12 Months Contract

**Working hours**: 40 hours per week

**Pay rate**: £16.12/hour under PAYE

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently looking for a Customer Services Agent on behalf of a global leading utilities company.

We are looking to appoint a Prop osals Coordinator who will be responsible for the preparation and issue of quotations from receipt of Request for Proposal (RFQ) from Client Manager, Client, or Project Manager, to receipt of Purchase Order. QRT (Quote Response Time) is a departmental/business target which quotations are issued.

**Responsibilities**:
Receive Request for Proposal and confirm that it is correctly registered on Sales Force and that Sales Force is updated during the process;
Ensure that quotations are processed within target timescales in order to maintain the highest levels of Quote Response Time scores;
Collate required data, including machine serial number, part numbers, and any additional data;
Monitor the progress of the quotation;
Receive quotation from supplier or Product Line, check the accuracy and completeness;
Ensure that the correct commercial terms are included;
On receipt of a Purchase Order from the Client, submit to the Order Execution team for further processing

Key Skills

Experience of a bid preparation environment is ideal;
Familiarity with and ability to use SAP and SalesForce is desirable;
Ability to manage activity across a number of organisations within the business
Ability to work to tight timelines and in a fast moving environment
Commercial/Customer Negotiation Skills
Communication skills both with internal and external contacts
