**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Deliver Dynamic Training** - Plan and deliver **fun, interactive sessions** that keep learners engaged and motivated.
**Assess & Feedback** - Mark learner work, provide **constructive feedback**, and set **SMART goals** to help them progress.
**Develop the Curriculum** - Keep our programs **fresh and industry-relevant**, ensuring learners get **real-world skills**.
**Support & Mentor** - Be a **role model**, helping learners **overcome barriers** and **achieve their goals**.
**Keep Records Up to Date** - Maintain **accurate learner progress, attendance, and assessments** (we promise, just the important stuff).
**Work as a Team** - Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to ensure a **seamless learning experience**.
**Stay Ahead of the Game** - Engage in **continuous professional development** to keep your skills **sharp and relevant**.

**What You Need to Bring to the Table**:
**A recognised teaching qualification** (PTLLS or equivalent)
**A passion for helping people succeed**
**Strong communication & interpersonal skills** (because engagement is key)
**Confidence with IT** (for record-keeping & lesson planning)
**Bonus points** if you’ve worked as an **Employability Tutor before** (but not essential)

**Salary & Hours**:
The advertised salary will be **pro-rata**, based on the agreed hours.

Our opening hours are: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm
