**Job Description**:
What would you be involved in?

Key elements of the role would be to assist with testing code (manually or via automation) to deliver products that are fit for purpose and meet the quality standards that our customers expect using established techniques at one level of testing (FT/NFT/BAT). Understands the importance of testing and the Quality Framework within LGB. Attends Community of Practice & Guild meetings to learn from others and increase their understanding of testing best practice. Keen to develop their technical knowledge and understanding as well develop, practice and demonstrate the workplace skills and behaviours required for this job role.
- Carries out routine customer needs support tasks and assists others by following established procedures.
- Supports development of personal capabilities by pursuing existing formal and informal training opportunities.
- Implements improvements and carries out simple change management tasks by following established procedures to support others.
- Works within current standard IT security processes, systems, and procedures.
- Carries out simple knowledge management tasks by following established procedures in order to support others.
- Supports others by performing simple product development/engineering tasks (e.g. gathering data, preparing documents, etc.) according to established procedures.
- Performs simple risk monitoring and assessment tasks by following established procedures in order to provide support to others.
- Assesses compliance with established standards and protocols.
- Develops testing standards and procedures by following general directions from professional staff.
