Technical Drawer

As a rapidly expanding and progressive business, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated applicant to add to our existing team. The successful applicant must be well organised, have good communication skills and be willing to learn. They must also be able to fit in to our existing team of varying age and experience.
- Proficiency in the production of 2D CAD Drawings at Chapter 8 Standard.
- Basic Computing Skills and experience in Microsoft Office.
- Customer Service skills and liaising with internal and external parties through Phone & E-mail.
- Communicate with the Drawing Team Lead regularly, keeping them up to date with your workload and daily allocation.
- Be aware of new avenues of business and communicate possibilities.
- Assist with maintaining the drawing log on our bespoke web-based system (REPS).
- Invoice all chargeable drawings when necessary, in line with department KPIs.
- Ensure you maintain a good level of customer service with the clients by communicating regularly and conducting customer visits.
- Deal with drawing queries and escalate if necessary.

**Additional Details**:

- Working Hours will be Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
- Development Programme.
- Long Service Awards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- AutoCAD: 1 year (preferred)
