**The Role**
We’re seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to coordinate technical design for major commercial and defence schemes. This is a senior-level role where you’ll oversee detailed design, ensure compliance with MOD and security standards, and act as a mentor to junior colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead production of detailed design and technical packages
- Ensure compliance with MOD, security and statutory standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors throughout delivery
- Mentor junior technologists and technicians
- Contribute to project programming and resource planning
- Maintain high technical and quality standards across all outputs

**Skills & Experience**
- CIAT Chartered status (preferred)
- Extensive Revit/AutoCAD proficiency
- In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and secure facilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commercial awareness and client-facing ability
