Our client in Chelmsford is looking for enthusiastic Junior Marketing Assistants to join their expanding Sales & Marketing Team, working on community-based campaigns with leading non-profit organisations.

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity perfect for someone who’s passionate about people, confident in conversation, and eager to develop sales and marketing skills in a hands-on environment.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Representing non-profit organisations and raising awareness within local communities
- Speaking with members of the public in residential areas, sharing campaign messages
- Delivering engaging and informative conversations to inspire support
- Encouraging sign-ups and donations through face-to-face outreach
- Working as part of a team to achieve shared campaign goals and targets
- Providing feedback to help refine messaging and improve future outreach
