At CEA Ltd, we are looking for trainee enforcement agents to join our team on a self-employed basis once fully qualified. Ideally you will be based in the West Yorkshire area. However, we would accept trainees from outside of the area, but you must be willing to travel to our offices in LS25 for training.

**We will provide**:
On the job training and support to gain the Level 2 Taking Control of Goods qualification and certificated enforcement agent status. It can take up to 12 weeks before you are certificated.

Funded court certification and insurance.

Ongoing support once certificated.

Excellent earning potential, with OTE of £35K - £70K once fully qualified.

**Your role will involve**:
Executing high court writs and other orders

Keeping to company policies and legislation

Taking control of goods when necessary

Clamping vehicles

Collecting and banking of monies

Communicating with debtors and clients in a professional manner

Managing and attending customer visits in a timely manner

Setting up and managing payments

Working independently

Completing accurate reports for visits

**Skills required**

No specific experience is required. However, you will require a Full UK Driving Licence, pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and carry out a Registry Trust search on CCJs, insolvency and bankruptcy.

These skills will be of advantage for Certificated Enforcement Agents:
Customer service, sales or security experience

Ambitious and pro-active in managing your workload

Diplomatic

Exceed targets

Good mathematical skills and computer literate

Calm when in difficult circumstances

Self-motivated and happy to work unsociable hours

Ability to work under pressure

Trustworthy and organised

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
