**Mobile Cleaner / Saffron Walden, Duxford, Dunmow & Surrounding Areas / Part-Time Employed [PAYE].**

J&Williams Estates, part of Elvio Ltd, is looking to fill a Mobile Cleaner vacancy to support a growing client base in and around Saffron Walden CB10 with additional travel expected to Duxford, Dunmow and surrounding areas.

**Weekdays, Monday's to Friday equating to 3-15 hours work per week.**

The role is **PAYE** and paid monthly.

We are looking to fill a Mobile Cleaner role who is adaptable to both Commercial & Domestic Cleaning services with ability to provide their own cleaning equipment if/as required. Travel is expected to cover the Saffron Walden, Dunmow, Duxford areas with additional coverage required at sites in Littleport & Finchingfield as/when required.

**Requirements**:

- Able to provide a mobile cleaning service.
- Access to a vehicle with no more than 3 points on a valid Driving Licence.
- Be able to provide ID, Work Permit or Driving Licence.
- Able to provide a clear and valid DBS Check within the last 6-months or happy for the company to conduct these checks on your behalf.
- Believes in delivering world-class customer services and is adaptable to client needs.

**Person Specification**:

- No cleaning experience is required as full training will be provided.
- Reliable, trust worthy and able to demonstrate exceptional customer service.
- Able to provide their own cleaning equipment and materials if/as required.
- Able to adapt to both Commercial and Domestic cleaning environments.
- Impeccable time keeping, reliable and ability to communicate effectively with Clients.
- Ability to operate within time scales.
- Desire and drive to manage their own client base.
- A drive to succeed and exceed as you will be representing the company.

**What will you be doing**:

- Cleaning Clients homes, businesses & housekeeping.
- Covering short falls in other locations as required namely, Finchingfield & Littleport.
- Completing ad-hoc, End of Tenancy, Commercial & Domestic and one off deep cleans.
