**Office Administrator**

The role will be expected to liaise with clients, customers and engineers. You will also be able to perform admin duties and you'll be experienced in the use of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Simpro) Experience within a similar position in the Fire Suppression industry will be a distinct advantage however, not essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering the phones
- Communicating with engineers
- Sending Purchase Orders to Suppliers/ Monitoring Delivery
- Booking Accommodation/ Ferry’s/Flights for Engineers
- Maintain the day-to-day requirements for running the office
- Be the point of contact for a range of suppliers including IT, Insurance, Products
- Manage stationery and office supplies
- Keep office and kitchen tidy, with the wider team
- Suggest improvements to processes as appropriate
- Database Housekeeping
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by other team members
- Document Control

We are looking for someone with previous all round administration experience, as shown below
- Outstanding organisation skills
- IT proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility and an adaptable approach to work
- Good written and oral skills
- Be proactive and logical
- Good team player

**Experience using Simpro Job management Software beneficial but not essential.**

**Benefits**
- A competitive Salary, dependent on experience
- 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00, but we are flexible and can offer 13.00 - 17.00
