We’re looking for a Site Supervisor to join our Major Schemes team within the Construction department. Reporting to the Agent/Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in overseeing subcontractors on a range of highway reconstruction and drainage schemes across Essex.You’ll ensure work is delivered safely, to a high standard, and in line with quality, environmental, and legislative requirements - all while maintaining accurate site records and promoting best practice.**The Role**
- Supervise allocated works
- Ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget
- Ensure that all projects comply with Health and Safety Regulations and CDM requirements
- Follow RJ’s Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Procedures at all times
- Review Risk Assessments, Method Statements and COSHH

**Job Description**:
**About You**
- Experience working in the construction industry, preferably Highways.
- Proficient in Supervision of Civil Engineering Construction sites.
- Experience undertaking construction work in the vicinity of Underground Services preferred.
- Experience in the supervision or operation of Traffic Management preferred.
- Experience with Carriageway Construction (materials and methods) preferred.
