We’re looking for an experienced Paid Search Specialist to join an established and innovative financial services company in Bristol. This is the ideal opportunity for a talented Paid Search Specialist with a Digital Marketing or eCommerce background to playan important role in generating more leads and sales through driving traffic and boosting brand awareness**.**
**What you’ll be doing**
The Paid Search Specialist will:

- Report to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager
- Be responsible for the planning and implementation of effective new Paid Search strategies
- Analyse and report on performance to optimise campaigns and make changes where necessary
- Confidently communicate directly with the wider marketing team and stakeholders, in verbal and written formats
- Show a strong analytical grounding to present performance reports to the business

**What experience you’ll need to apply**:

- At least 3 years of experience of working on Paid Search campaigns
- Google Ads ad Microsoft Ads certified
- Experience of using advertising automation tools is essential
- Confident with using analytical tools to turn data into insights
- Good communicator to collaborate with team and present data/reports
