£19,000 - £22,000 Basic + Surface Pro + Free Gym Membership + 23 Day Hols, plus Bank Hols (raising one day per year of service)

**The package for the Recruitment Administrator**:
- £19,000 - £22,000 basic
- Company mobile telephone (fully expensed)
- Company Surface Pro

**Duties for the Recruitment Administrator**:
- Daily Management all rota planning for our 1000's of temporary workers
- Reviewing and approving new contract placements on company CRM
Ensuring the smooth and timely onboarding of any new clients and contractors.
- Setting up placements on our internal systems ready for billing and submission of timesheets
- Chasing timesheet submissions, raising client and contractor self-bill invoices
- Keeping in regular contact with contractors
- Focus on obtaining regular Trust Pilot and Google reviews from clients and contractors
- Keeping compliance reports up to date
**Experience required**:
- Proven background in solid administration role(s) is desirable
- An organised approach meaning you can work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst working with ambiguity.
- Ability to work accurately at pace
- Excellent IT skills; proficient in MS Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
- Self-motivated with a high level of enthusiasm and commitment to personal development
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity and lead by example
You MUST have a sense of humour - this job is not easy, so you need to have grit, determination and a personality
