**Communications and Marketing Apprentice - (Level 3)**
**£14,250 - £14,500**

Norse Group is a multi-disciplined service provider to a growing portfolio of public and private sector clients, operating through a number of different partnerships and delivering expertise across commercial, care and property consulting.

Our central Marketing and Communications Team play a vital role in all internal and external communications, delivering multiple services to support core projects and promote the Norse Group as a national brand.

As we look to develop an already experienced and established team, we are recruiting a **Communications and Marketing Apprentice** to work from our Head Office in Norwich

You will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Communications team in helping to deliver Group-wide internal and external campaigns and events, as well as providing essential admin support. This will also include;
- Working closely with the Corporate Communications team and/or external agencies to support internal and external customer focussed marketing activities across the Norse Group brands.
- Supporting the development of new and existing brands
- Assisting in creating multimedia briefs, shot lists and storyboards and support internal and external photography, video content and podcast recordings
- Providing general admin support to the Corporate Communications team,

- Innovative and creative approach with the confidence to challenge and bring new and effective ideas.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Full UK Driving Licence for the travel requirement of the role.

This apprenticeship will require you to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 18-24 months.
