**Experienced multi traders in the Portsmouth & Southampton area required and also**

**General builders.**

**8am-4pm Monday to Friday, part time days available.**

**The Opportunity**

**Sub contractor basis only.**

We are looking for skilled and capable individuals who will come from a building maintenance background to join us. We are looking for tradesmen who can carry out these types of roles on various jobs.
- General maintenance
- Plumbing
- General carpentry
- General building
- Basic electrics

Plastering

**Weekly pay.**

Applicants must:

- Possess good all round multi-trade skills experience.
- Be able to think on their feet and problem solve.

Have a good attention to detail
- Be happy to work alone
- Have good organisational skills
- Have good time management skills
- Fluent in English
- Hard working & physically fit
- Have a flexible approach to work
- Good customer service skills
- Full UK driving license
- Have access to own range of tools
- Be reliable, trustworthy and conscientious

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Possible weekends

**Experience**:

- High level

**Location**:
Portsmouth/Southampton and surrounding areas.
- Work Location: In person

The role involves reactive maintenance and will involve travelling to various different jobs.

No time wasters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 48 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 10 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
