**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Visitor Support**: Provide information about the castle, its services, and upcoming events. Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- **Booking Management**: Handle reservations for Tearoom maintaining accurate records.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Support daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Maintenance of Reception Area**: Keep the reception area organised and presentable, ensuring a professional first impression for all visitors.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using office equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A friendly and approachable manner, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
